At Syoat, we are committed to providing a safe, satisfying experience for every parent and child. While we take great care to ensure product quality, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Below is our updated return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

The item is damaged during transit
You received an incorrect item
Post-Approval Process:
Once your exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement product. Delivery will be completed within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Share your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, mail the product back to us using any courier of your choice.
We will process your refund or ship your replacement within 4 business days of receiving the item.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
It may take 4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
